We are the specialist national charity for people affected by cardiomyopathy. We provide support and information services, work to raise awareness of the condition, campaign for better access to quality treatment and promote research. www.cardiomyopathy.org
The Somerville Foundation
The Somerville Foundation (previously GUCH Patients Association) provides support for adults born with heart disease (ACHD). The charity exists to create a world where they receive excellent medical care, and lead happy, healthy lives. thesf.org.uk
