Sally's Bio
Sally has been seconded from NHS England to the Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) ODN Network managers role until the end of March 2021. She has worked in various clinical networks including cancer, children and maternity. Prior to this she worked clinically as an audiologist for many years. She keen to use her knowledge and experience of networks, to continue the improvements in NHS services offered to adults, children, and their carers living with CHD.

Colette's Bio
Colette qualified as a nurse at University College Hospital, London. In 2002 Colette became a Children’s Cardiac Nurse Specialist ( CCNS )/ Lead Nurse for children’s congenital heart disease at Southampton. She set up the CCNS service providing information support and clinical guidance to families and health professionals. Colette continues to be passionate about ensuring the service respects Children and Young People whilst ensuring the family experience continues to be the central focus of service provision and development. Colette has actively contributed to the national agenda to develop congenital cardiac nursing and advanced practice, representing the Royal College of Nursing on the National Congenital Heart Services Standards Group and on the clinicians working party & implementation of standards group.

Emma's Bio
Emma has been seconded from UHS to the CHD ODN Network as our operational delivery network administrator. Before this she worked as a medical secretary in the NHS for several years. She is proud to work for the CHD network and providing administrative support to the wider team.

The Network covers 22 Critical Care Units, hosted by 14 Trusts. This covers all the Units in Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire as well as the Units in Salisbury, Chichester and Milton Keynes.
